Using this website

These Terms & Conditions describe use of the TechXsolve website and the way its service information and enquiry tools should be understood. TechXsolve is a software development and digital solutions agency based in Pakistan.

Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass enquiry protections, submit spam, gain unauthorized access or misuse another person's information. Provide accurate contact details when requesting a reply.

Services and project enquiries

Our service pages describe the types of work available for discussion. A page description is not a commitment to include every feature in a particular package.

A contact form, WhatsApp message or meeting request starts an enquiry. It does not create a confirmed booking, accepted project, payment obligation or agreement to begin work. Email-service acceptance indicates that a notification was accepted, not that the project or requested meeting time has been approved.

Starting prices and quotations

Shopify development starting charges are Basic PKR 15,000, Standard PKR 20,000 and Advanced PKR 25,000. These are starting development estimates, not fixed final quotations.

All prices are starting estimates. Final project costs depend on requirements, customization, integrations and agreed scope. Contact TechXsolve on WhatsApp for a personalized quotation.

Other services and unpriced add-ons are quoted on request. The quotation builder shows known starting charges and excludes items marked Price on request from the numeric total. Printed or downloaded estimates are planning summaries, not invoices or binding project offers. Final fees and any taxes must be confirmed in your project agreement.

Scope and separate client agreements

Deliverables, product or page counts, customizations, integrations, review rounds, project dependencies and any support must be agreed for your specific project. Changes to an agreed scope may require a revised quotation and schedule.

Payment arrangements, deposits, refunds, cancellation, milestones, acceptance, confidentiality, delivery dates and rights in project deliverables are determined separately in the signed client agreement. This website does not set those project-specific terms or promise unlimited revisions, lifetime support or a guaranteed completion date.

Third-party subscriptions and fees

Development charges do not automatically include Shopify subscriptions, domains, hosting, paid themes, apps, plugins, model usage, advertising spend, payment-gateway charges or other third-party costs. Any inclusion must be expressly confirmed in the project agreement.

Third-party platforms set their own capabilities, availability, pricing and terms. Platform approvals, account eligibility and changes to external services can affect a project and should be considered when its scope is agreed.

Website content and intellectual property

Website materials may belong to TechXsolve, its clients or third-party rights holders. Viewing this website does not grant a licence to reuse logos, photographs, project screenshots, text or other materials beyond uses permitted by their rights holders or applicable law. Contact us before reusing material where permission is needed.

Client showcases preserve captured website designs; separate design concepts are labeled accordingly. Published reviews retain the reviewer's original wording and displayed date labels. The Google business rating and total are an owner-supplied snapshot, not live synchronized figures.

Ownership, licences, source-file handover and permitted reuse of deliverables created for a client are addressed in the separate project agreement. No automatic ownership transfer is promised by an enquiry or estimate.

Client information and responsibilities

For a proposed project, provide requirements and materials that are accurate and that you are entitled to share or use. Identify relevant platform limitations, dependencies and approval requirements. Access arrangements, feedback responsibilities and content deadlines should be agreed in the project scope.

Do not send passwords or confidential credentials through the public contact form or quotation links. Any required account access and sensitive material should be handled through a method agreed for the project.

Information and reasonable limitations

Website information and estimates support an initial discussion and may change as services, platforms or project requirements change. Verify important requirements with TechXsolve before relying on them for a commercial decision.

The website does not promise continuous availability, error-free operation, specific search rankings, advertising results or sales outcomes. Client screenshots and reviews are not guarantees that another project will achieve the same experience. Project warranties, support commitments and any allocation of responsibility belong in the signed client agreement. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

External links and contact channels

Links to WhatsApp, Google, social media, client websites and reference material lead to services outside this website. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link or platform reference does not imply certification, partnership or endorsement.

WhatsApp links prepare a message; you must send it yourself. The website does not automatically send WhatsApp notifications. Information handling for website enquiries is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

These website terms may be updated as the website or its services change. The last-updated date identifies this version. A website update does not by itself replace or amend a separate signed client agreement.
