About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the TechXsolve website handles information when you browse our pages, prepare a quotation or contact us about our services. TechXsolve is a software development and digital solutions agency based in Pakistan.
This policy describes the website and its enquiry processes. A client project may have separate confidentiality and information-handling requirements agreed for that project.
Information you provide
Contact and meeting-request forms ask for your name, email address, service interest and project description. You may also provide a phone or WhatsApp number, company or brand name, estimated budget, preferred contact method and target launch window. Meeting requests include your preferred date, time and timezone.
If you arrive from the quotation builder, your selected service, package, product quantity, add-ons and project requirements can accompany the enquiry. A submission can also include its source page, supported campaign parameters present in the page address, submission time and request reference.
Only share information needed to discuss your project. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information in a form or quotation brief. The website has no payment checkout.
Why this information is used
The enquiry process uses these details to understand your requirements, prepare an appropriate reply or quotation, discuss a requested meeting and continue the conversation using your chosen contact method. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
The server also processes connection information needed to receive requests. Enquiry protection can use a temporary hashed identifier derived from an IP address for rate limits, together with a request reference and fingerprint to prevent duplicate submissions. These checks help limit spam and repeated email attempts.
Contact forms, email and WhatsApp
Submitting a form sends its contents to the website's enquiry endpoint. The Hostinger deployment supports authenticated SMTP through the business mailbox; an alternative Node deployment supports Resend. Email sending requires the relevant private configuration. The form reports acceptance only after the email service accepts the notification; this does not guarantee inbox delivery or confirm a meeting. If delivery is unavailable or fails, the form shows an error and keeps your input in the open page for retrying.
When email delivery is enabled, the notification goes to info@techxsolve.com. Your validated email address is used as reply-to so we can respond. Messages you send directly by email are handled through the relevant email services.
WhatsApp is an optional contact channel. Opening a prefilled link passes the draft text in the link to WhatsApp. It does not automatically send that message to TechXsolve: you must choose to send it in WhatsApp. Website form submission does not automatically send a WhatsApp notification.
Browser storage, cookies and analytics
The package builder uses local storage on your device to remember service, tier, quantity and add-on selections. It does not save contact-form details, the name used for a printed estimate or free-text project requirements in that preference. Reset package returns the scope to its defaults; browser settings can remove the stored preference entirely.
Copy, print and download actions create a copy through your clipboard, chosen print destination or downloaded file. These actions do not submit an enquiry; you control the resulting copies.
The current website does not set application cookies or run visitor analytics, advertising pixels or embedded third-party review widgets. Fonts and review content are served locally. Supported campaign tags are included with a submitted enquiry when present; they are not a separate analytics tracker.
Optional requirements and selections can appear in the URL when moving between the builder and contact form. Prefilled WhatsApp links also contain their message text in the URL. These addresses may remain in browser history or be visible if you share the link, so avoid putting confidential information in them.
External websites and applications, including WhatsApp, may use their own cookies and storage after you choose to visit them.
Service providers and external destinations
The website server receives requests needed to show pages and process enquiries. Configured SMTP sends enquiries through the business email provider; the alternative Resend integration sends enquiry content to Resend only when enabled. Email, hosting and communication providers process information under their own service arrangements and settings; storage locations may differ from your location.
You can read the Hostinger Privacy Policy (opens a new tab), Resend Privacy Policy (opens a new tab) and WhatsApp Privacy Policy (opens a new tab) for the relevant service. Links to Google, Instagram, client websites and other external resources take you to services with their own privacy practices. Viewing locally stored Google review cards does not fetch review content from Google.
For questions about the provider or storage arrangements relevant to your enquiry, contact us by email.
Storage, retention and security
The website's enquiry endpoint does not create a permanent enquiry database or save message contents to application files or logs. It uses expiring rate-limit identifiers, request fingerprints and acceptance status for abuse and duplicate prevention. On the PHP deployment these metadata records are held in private files outside the website's public directory, with expiry-based cleanup; the alternative Node endpoint uses server memory. Your open form retains typed input after an error; your browser may separately offer its own autofill features.
Emails and WhatsApp conversations you send can remain in the relevant communication systems. Their retention depends on service settings and the circumstances of the enquiry or project. This page does not specify a fixed retention period for those systems. Contact us about a particular record, including any request to remove it. Hosting may also maintain operational logs according to its configuration.
The enquiry endpoint uses validation, input limits, spam checks and a fixed notification recipient. Email credentials remain on the server. These controls reduce risk, but no online communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can email info@techxsolve.com to ask about enquiry information we hold, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, such as your contact email and request reference if available. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive details with the initial request.
We may need to confirm that a request relates to you before sharing or changing information. The record, any ongoing project agreement and applicable requirements can affect what can be provided or removed. You can also contact us about personal information appearing in published review or portfolio content.
Updates and privacy contact
Changes to website features or information handling may require this policy to be updated. The date at the top identifies the current version. Separate project arrangements should be checked against your client agreement.
